xcel, you look solid and healthy. Keep the pics and updates coming bro. I like to see more of the vets up here. If I may ask your age? It is an inspiration to many who think your all washed up at 40! I'm 48 and still going. Just got back on to my long comp phase (6-7 months). I like to take things nice and slow. It is the only way to drop fat and retain/gain muscle without rushing or stressing. Most guys do their heads in over how long I diet and prep for shows. it is what works for me! You keep up the good work. When do you plan on competeing? Keep us posted!

I just turned 54 in Jan but am still getting better (not older)

No plans to compete, just want to get to 5% BF for summertime! I like the looks I get when I'm that lean - it keeps an old guy goin'
