I will be running

Nova Pharm Test Cyp 100mg a week (bloodwork will be done)
Nova Pharm Test Prop 400mg a week (bloodwork will done)
Nova Pharm Mast Prop 400mg a week ( I have used masteron many times so I know exactly what to expect)
Jintropin HGH 2iu a day to start (strong BD Jins) (bloodwork will be done)


I am currently 209.4.I WILL get down to 6% bodyfat as long as it takes me to do so in this log.I have beat addiction to H,coke,xanax.I have had medical issues due to abusing the shit out of my body.I lived on the street for a while due to my addiction.I WILL over come my mind and get down to 6% bf.I am currently around 15%.This will be an HONEST LOG.I dont pander to anyone.

Diet:

I am going back up to 2,400 calories to start.

min of 250g of protein
At least 60g of fat
Carbs will fall where they may

I just make sure I don't go over my calories and hit my protein intake.I will post what I ate for the day.

Cardio:

Starting wilh 30min every morning fasted.Either walking at 3.3mph 8-10 incline or jogging at 4.5mph 5incline.

I am going to hit each muscle 2x a week between 12-20 sets total for each bodypart for the week.I will post my routine for the day

Hopefully you can stop that and having a better healthier lifestyle and not get stuck in that loop!

Working out seriously has helped many of us keep it going.

Yes, it's always been a passion of mine.I know my triggers now and avoid them.I was at 280 pounds at the start of this journey.I am 209 now.So it has been quite the journey post getting clean just to get to where I am today.There is no stopping me. :)

At the end of EVERY DAY I WILL update this log with

My meals for the day (total calories and protein)
Cardio ( A picture will be taken at the end of each cardio session with the (day of the week,date,month,duration and calories burned) hold me accountable.I want to get 30 mins 7 days a week for my heart health and put myself into a caloric deficit.As far as my progress I will either drop my calories or up my cardio.

Meals.I am a creature of habit so if I eat something the recipe and pictures will be taken.

I will post the supplements I will be using throughout for health and Training.

Pictures of the PED'S I am using will be posted.

How I feeling at the end of the day.

PED'S Nova Pharm oils StrongBD Jins HGH ........ I will post results as I go.Blood work will be done as mentioned.

I have learned a lot from this board and I would appreciate any input along my journey.I will post some pics now to kick this off.

Following. I love logs. Good luck bro. From 280 to 209 is amazing.
I went from 240 pounds living on the street and everything that comes with that and getting your next fix.I won't go any further on that.I got a scholarship to a treatment center where some would say they are clean (off drugs) while on suboxone.I didn't feel that way.So I don't count my days on subs as clean days.I went from 240 to 280 came off the subs.I worked out since I was 15 on and off but never dedicated so I have muscle memory which is a beautiful thing.I went from 280 to 209 not crash diesting but was losing 2 pounds a week most of the way through doing cardio and lifting.The first few weeks I dropped like 12 pounds.I was holding a lot of water,I guess.I may post pictures of me from when I was on the street with abbcesses and track marks all over my body.My overdoses hospital records, I think I have overdosed 8 times,been stabbed once with a butcher knife.I will post pics of myself now.When I reach my goal of 6% like I said I may show a timeline of eating out of a dumpster to reaching the physique I have always wanted.I am doing this for me.I have come out of hell already but I want more and am going to overcome my mind and get to 6%.

I Appreciate the support NLM.

Last night I never made it to gym.I am part of a program that helps other addicts in need and last night I had to take care of that responsibility.So I had my preworkout meal but the gym wasn't in the cards for last night.

I have been dieting for about close to a year now.I have made tremendous progress.Around every 8 weeks since starting my diet I have brought my caloires to maintenance for a week which has helped a lot.Before I start the Test prop/Mast cycle I will post pictures of myself and where I am at so you can see the starting point before cycle.I am very flat right now which is to be expected when dieting on just TRT and as long as I have been dieting . I have used GW501516 8 weeks on 4 weeks off.The GW I haven't really seen any added fatloss directly but it has helped me push through my cardio and lifting sessions.When I am using it my endurance is no doubt a lot better than when I am not on it.So the extra endurance indirectly has lead to more calories being burned and more fatloss.I have also used mk-2866 the same way with the gw and this to just really help as much as possible preserve the muscle I have.I am currently not on either gw or mk/
