Good chest and shoulders today. Incline bench, shoulder press, flat bench, lateral raises, incline db press, face pulls and some tricep push downs to wrap it up.
Lost 1% on the in body scale but weight has been pretty consistent. My diet has been far from consistent lately and so I haven't really been tracking it like I was. But all other aspects have been good strength, sex drive, mental clarity etc. I can tell a difference in my upper back personally and have had a few general comments made from a few people asking what I have changed and been going to the gym more.
