I am still very motivated. I look forward to my training days. It’s a great feeling to see changes in my physique in just under a month.Yes that what i was noticing, thank you for keeping us update and with log.

I trained legs yesterday
5 sets hack squats
3 sets calf machine
20 minutes on elliptical
Today was back and bi’s
4 sets lat pullsowns
4 sets seated row machine (wide grip)
1 set palms facing inward cable pull downs
4 sets seated curl machine
4 sets dumbell curls
My wrists,elbows and knee’s have been bothering me. My body wasn’t ready for the increase in strength I have been experiencing
Thanks, I do take krill oil and curcumin. The pain isn’t too bad yet, I just don’t want it to get any worse.You taking any fish oil or curcumin ?
Both help me a lot with joints
Can keep same weight and decrease rest times to create progresive overload without increasing weights , this should givr your joints a rest and allow you to keep progressing

Thanks, great advice. I have had wrist and elbow problems in the past. I will be paying close attention to my body and if it gets any worse I’ll make the necessary changesMike.....from one old guy to another.....even though your strength is going up, pace yourself as far as adding more weight in your exercises. At our age you are better off increasing reps and sets first before adding more weight. Your muscles will get just as big from higher reps and sets, and your joints will thank you.
