Excited to get these out!

Been working on this for 2 months after many delays!

Yesterday was chest,shoulders,tri’s
Today was legs and cardio
I stopped trying to gain weight for now, I felt like I was getting too puffy and my belly was growing. My strength has stayed about the same for now. Still using 500mg each of the NovaPharma Sust and Deca.

I trained back and bi’s today
4 sets pull downs
4 sets close grip pull down
4 sets hammer strength bicep machine
4 sets dumbell curls
So here is my dilemma now. I was diagnosed with hypothyroid and my doctor has me doing bloodwork every 3 months. My RBC was way out of range. I donated 5 weeks ago and it is still very high. I want to continue this log because I have been making great progress but I will be dropping the deca for now and keep the Sust at 500mg/week. My doctor doesn’t know about my steroid use and she is trying to send me to a specialist. I know why my RBC is high but I can’t tell her why.

I decided to take a beak for a few weeks. My RBC is way above normal and the highest it’s ever been for me. I donated 5 weeks ago so donating now isn’t an option. My RBC back in mid October was 5.8 I donated a couple of weeks after that and now it’s 6.24 - I’ll resume this log in a couple of weeks once I get this under control

My advice.....when you get back to it cut your dosage of both test and deca in half. 500mg total is still plenty enough to grow on.

I see my doctor on Thursday. After speaking with her and getting some input I’ll consider starting the log back up.

Thanks for asking, I donated blood about a week ago, my hemoglobin was 18.9 and I was very hydrated. I am very anxious to get back on. Just cruising along with 125mg of test. No pump, no strength and I feel like crap. I don’t know how some guys only use low doses and feel good.

Hey man hope your doing good, Add something small and light? Maybe up to 200mgs and get labs at that.

I have buddy who runs 250mgs and feels great. So do i.
