Thanks triple0T. I do all the cooking in my house and my wife gets stuck cleaning up the mess.
Perfect! I do the cooking also, but I also get stuck with the dishes! My wife is a horrible cook, burn water type horrible. I really got the shaft on that part of the marriage.

Anyhow, been a great log so far. Lookong forward to the rest, buddy.
 
I did some light legs today
4 sets leg extensions
4 sets leg curls
3 sets seated calf raises
20 minutes elliptical machine
Last nights dinner, Greek tortellini salad
with a whey protein shake (not pictured)

Strength has really improved. I am up about 3 pounds in bodyweight. I am recuperating great.
I trained Chest,shoulders,tri’s earlier

4 sets seated cable chest press
4 sets seated cable flys
4 sets hammer strength shoulder press
3 sets hammer strength shrug machine
6 sets tricep push downs
2 sets of wide grip dips with my body weight to finish off the workout
 
I am in the same boat as you guys on the cooking. My kids were always excited to see me come home when I was working out of state lol. I am subbed to the log keep up the good work.

3 sets standing calf raises
20 minutes elliptical

Today back and bi’s
4 sets pull up machine
4 sets seated wide grip row machine
4 sets seated dumbbell curls
3 sets standing cable curls
 
Yesterday was a light leg and cardio day. Today I trained chest,shoulders and tri’s. My strength is still climbing. My recuperation is phenomenal. I haven’t gained much weight so far so I’ll up my calories, I just don’t want my belly to get any bigger
 
Did a little BBQ for dinner. Skirt steak,hot Italian turkey sausage,asparagus,tater tots and some home made sweet potatoes

I took the day off from the gym. I am 3 weeks in on 500mg/week of Sust and Deca.I will post some progress photos this week.
 
Today was a leg and cardio day. My gym is closed tomorrow so it looks like I am forced to take a day off. I weighed myself this morning. 189 pounds,I am up 5 pounds since starting. I feel really good. I am getting stronger every workout
 
Keep grinding. The work is showing. Are you keeping up with your daily calorie intake or just keeping it fairly clean and eyeballing it?

Thanks for the encouragement. I am eating fairly clean. I added about 60grams of protein and about 75 grams of carbs/day for now. I keep my fat intake about the same which is around 90-100 grams/day
