I second this. The most useful piece of information that helped me when using slin was not to match the amount of carbs to your slin dose, but rather match your dose to your current diet. MUCH MUCH more effective this way and haven't noticed an ounce of fat gain when utilizing it like this. Many people use slin without gh, just be smart with your diet/dose.

Agree, staying lean on slin is not about just avoiding fat intake when active, it's finding the right amount of carbs you need not to go hypo. If you just overdo with a ton of simple carbs it's easier to gain fat.
The first time I used slin, I over killed with simple carbs (for safety) in the shakes and felt I added some VAT.
