Thats clearly way too many tattoos but one my biggest turn offs are nose rings.....it looks so gross.

Here In Japan the men's athlete model group was a thing, with guy in jeans on stage ands women in gym clothes.
I thought it odd, but it gave some guys an opportunity and there are competitive orgs here so I'm sure the local NPC/IFBB affiliate wanted that entry fee money.

I just checked though and it seems they split off all those fringe classes and spun them off in a separate org recently when the NPCJ/FWJ league got "official" IFBB alignment.
Now it looks like NPC USA is going backwards.

I don't see the problem as well. If people want to pay money to compete in a new division, and it gives them something to work forwards to, what's wrong with that.

For the other people that don't like the new categories... Simply don't watch it, not like it is stealing Time from the only Class that matters, Open Class (). Or does it soil the good name of Bodybuilding or what, lol.

If the only class would be Open, there would be no shows, no organization, simply because there is no money in just that, going by the numbers of e.g. Classic vs Open, or those swimsuits divisions (both men and women, don't know the names, sorry).

At some point there has to be a line drawn behind bodybuilding/fitness competition and just plain old modeling.

Most in this thread haven’t actually watched Tyler’s video or read the articles.

They want it to be the old judging criteria for Bikini and used Ashley as an example.

Personally I think they should have just changed the criteria for Bikini if that’s his intent, but I guess this adds another class and potential for more money.

Serious question, do they just not train legs? I'd assume though dieting and not hitting lower would lead to no glutes also which would be an odd shaped look.

I expect they train them but within the confines of the size of skinny jeans to fill them with a sort of muscular looking leg

They’re basically just models which is great but I don’t feel it’s relevant to a bodybuilding fed

Be like SHW bodybuilders doing modelling sure it’s possible but it’s not gonna look great
