Npp: 525mg vs 700mg per week

No he didnt. Please dont spread misinformation. He said 20% more NPP should be used than you would deca. And he said to never use deca and only use NPP...something I've sworn by(and realized myself) since 2008.

Are you sure? I could have sworn I saw him compare 400mg of deca to 650mg of npp. Maybe I am losing my mind. There are 25 pages on that site to go through so it's hard to find it.

On the other hand, I do remember him saying 20% more npp is necessary, which contradicts the earlier numbers. And yes, he loves npp and hates deca, which is not hard to see why.

Deca end up being stronger in the long run because of the build up that's why less deca = more npp even though npp yield more active hormone per mg.
I never run npp more then 6-8 week and I never ran deca both for the vascular reason.That's why my doses are high too so it kicks faster. Never had much side from npp

NPP doesnt yield more hormone per mg... the phenylpropionate ester is unique in this, it has a rather short half life but the ester molecule is very heavy, i think both decanoate and phenylpropionate have something around 35% or so ester weight

this I did not know. i always assumed it was lighter than enanthates decanates and undecanoates

600mg a week is fantastic... That's my only knock on it.... lots of volume to run... I believe Knight said NPP 200mg is the way to go but have yet to find it from a sponsor where it hasn't crashed...maybe i'm not searching hard enough??

200mg per week for joint purpose...i'm happy with a little as that.
