NPP for joint relief with winny

Guessing maybe just 200mg a week of NPP to help out these 40 year old joints when I do a first time winny run soon....not sure on dosing, but will make my own liquid oral and work up to maybe 100/day, but starting more conservatively of course

Anyways, just looking for some advice from others who have done this

i think 200mg would work for lubing up the joints but i would probably just run a cycle with NPP at 400mg a week

IMO, NPP does give some joint relief / help ; but doesn't come close to Deconate ester for lubing the joints. NPP less water retention in general.

Oh man I was just doing a cycle of deconate with test and OMFG. Deconate is fucking amazing!!! Low dosages and you will be good to go plus you'll make some great gains.

I thought NPP should be no more than 100mg, but you've been good with 200mg..anyway, low dosage of Deca may not be a big problem, only personal opinion.

I've used deca. If this is just for normal everyday yes deca Wil help. I ran 150mg of deca w 50MG ed winny. Wouldn't recommend it for show prep.

Never used npp so can't advise on npp

Thats funny you started this thread ....Im currently running a 600mg wk npp with 750mg test e ......and I did winny at 75mg ed and had to stop at 5 wk mark ...winny dried me out my lips were so chapped and joints were like rusty hinges lolz.....I wish you would use something other than winny ......

I don't know whether Npp with winny is good ,but when i used test n deca ,it did wonders for my joints

NPP gives me no joint relief. Not even close to what standard deca does. I love it but never got any of that benefit and I have used it quite a few times from different sources.

NPP for joint relief, u will get some, but not that much.
NPP is a pretty good compound.

I'd rather avoid winny if having joint issues, though low dosages of npp should help, prefer using decaver
