Similar to the EQ thread- considering that I might not be able to source Primos and Masteron quite as easily as in months prior, I wanted to open an NPP discussion thread similar to the EQ one- this is one of the compounds I would consider using together with Test as a secondary if I could not find the aforementioned two. I’ve tried Deca and it worked well for joint support at a low dose, without any sides.

I searched and did not find a thread in the same style, my apologies if I missed or overlooked an existing one.

So please feel free to discuss in the same vein as the EQ thread, and thank you.
 
Love the gains, love the libido, love the chill attitude. But also hate the chill attitude (not good if you stop caring about everything), hate that I think about sleeping with other women 24/7 and it seems to raise my heart rate more than EQ or Test.
 

Just a tip for future, I found that googling “(topic of interest) professionalmuscle” you’ll usually get better results than using the search function here.

It’s a great drug if you get a good response from it. Again, e wet drug works very differently in different bodies. I get dry slow gains from it with no side effects up to 700mg a week. I don’t seems to get anymore from it past 100mg a day.

Personally in the past I used to love nandrolone and could use 700-1000mg of nandrolone per week very often without any problems. Today, everything has changed, and I can't stand it. And honestly, I don't recommend it for an old guy like you as a primary anabolic steroid unless you want to use it at a low dose, like 50-100mg per week, for joints.

Don't get me wrong, but in 90% of cases, nandrolone simply doesn't react well with the body as you get older.

Any theories as to why this compound may be causing problems for men as they grow older? I didn't start using gear until I was in my early 40s, and solely ran 200mg/wk test cyp for over 10 years. First time I ran NPP was in my 50s, and I like it. No negative sides that I'm aware of, but only ran it 100mg M/W/F, so nothing high dose. I'm considering running it this spring with test and EQ (I'm presently 58, 5'9", about 210, <10%BF), so I'm interested in this topic.

My cycle would likely be:
Test: 750mg/wk
EQ: 300mg/wk
NPP: 300mg/wk
GH: 10IUs ED PM before bed

Goal: want to gain 5-7 pounds of lean tissue over 12-16weeks). Will be running a carb cycling lean gain diet with about 250-500 cal surplus/day). I may start this cycle at a lower dose of 500/200/200 and titrate up after 3 weeks or so. Not set in stone.

5-7lbs of actual muscle is a fuck ton for an entire year let alone 12 weeks let alone at 58yrs old...
 
I just don't do 19-nors in general, anymore. They literally make me insane. Tren or Nandrolone will have me interrogating my wife about her 3rd grade crush and considering a ladyboys trip to Thailand. Great look though. Damn. Maybe I should give it another shot.

That is my goal. I’d rather set an aggressive bar and nogg to reach it than set a low bar. For example, if I shoot for 5-7 and get 4, is that better than shooting for 2 and achieving it?

Health markers are good. Did a heart catheterization in December and there is zero blockages. Calcium score last year was an 11. BP, which has been an issue for me, was 110/63 last week, but take losartan, jardiance and metropolol

Am doing 30 mins cardio per day and doing between 5-10k steps per day
 
I was wondering recently if anyone ever runs deca and NPP together for short and long ester. I didn’t want to get flamed for asking a (possibly) stupid question but I was genuinely curious. And this is the thread to ask it haha

I've been trialing NPP for about 3 weeks. If another week or so goes well, I'll switch to Deca, in which case I'll probably keep doing about half the current NPP dose for a couple weeks while the Deca builds up.

Outside of that kind of scenario, I'm not really sure why you'd run them together.

I know people say Deca has "more sides" or is "wetter," etc...and maybe that's truly the case, but I'm skeptical. It seems like most guys end up running Deca at a higher dose if they use it at all, oftentimes not stacked with anything that combats the aromatization (e.g. EQ or Primo). On the other hand, Test + EQ or Primo + 200-400 NPP seems to be super popular. So obviously a lower dose + estrogen mitigation from other compounds is going to make it feel better, drier, etc.

Kind of a segue from your original question, but that's one of those things that always seemed silly to me the way people usually say it.

Yeah, I have with 600 npp and think it was 600mg deca. Was great the first 3 months or so, then depress sides kinda started to build up around half way into month 4 and month 5 made it to the end, but was a much needed break as was getting moody and such. Probably could have done 300 npp and 300-500 deca or 300-600 npp and 300 deca and been better off. Regardless Im always using one or them at a low dose for my joints still.

That's exactly what I'd be afraid of in this mix: psychological symptoms. How often did you inject? Because it would probably make the most sense to take something like NPP ED and Deca E2D; theoretically, concentration fluctuations shouldn't occur.
 
Late 30s with a history of OCD and depression, even low doses of 19-nors don't agree with me. Unfortunate because I love how I feel in the gym while running them, but such is life.
