First thing - you look great tiger lily . I'm 50 so you inspire me. I had two fusions , although I have no issues I lift heavier now then when I did as 18 year old . I did have neck issues but related to positioning of something that respectfully I would never mention in company of lady . I think just got to continue carrying on. To a point us older guys and gals just have to master the adjustment of our workouts against our aches and pains . Im 50 body building since age 12, daily martial arts age 5. Both l4/l5 and c5 surgery , hip , Elbow, tricep reconstruction . Yet I learn to deal . I agree with the constant search for a competent chiropractor and/ or sports medicine physiatrist , maybe there could be some exercise or move to help alleviate . Good luck and carry on
