I was curious about this. At the moment I'm in a contest prep so my calories are restricted. That's fine but I run into a problem while I'm working. there's a 6 hour gap where I can't eat and I feel like death lol. I have all my meals set so I was wondering if tossing some BCAA's during that time gap would be a good plan. water/ fluids are allowed on site. Just no food. unfortunately...

Yes, BCAAs / EAAs are fine. Layne Norton actually did some research on this and he spaced meals out more than one normally would and did BCAAs pulses between meals and found that this caused greater increases in protein synthesis as compared to eating a larger meal every 2-3 hours.

Can't you make your macros from that meal up from a shake? I don't know how i would last 6 hours between a meal lol, especially when prepping. Hell i eat now and 10 minutes later i am starving as fuck
 
If I have to go that long I simply split one meal to 2 so my macro for the day is still the same

I'm not trying to pit one against the other, just doing a simple exercise in cost savings for di and tri peptides. If you are looking for a compltete intra workout product, I'm sure MyoFuel would be great.... but simply for di and tri peptides, why not just get the ingredient that provides the di and tri peptides in MyoFuel?

Read my previous post... myofuel has 6g pepto pro per serving. Per container it is 180g pepto pro..... Pepto pro is an INGREDIENT in myofuel, not the entire formula

I read your post, then went to ross' store and didn't see any peptopro at all. So I looked at the myofuel as that was mentioned in your post. Now that Ross clarified that they will be carrying it by the pound, solo I'm assuming, then that is a fantastic deal

well I mean I could but how my schedule pans out I eat 3 meals before work, 6 hour gap, a whole meal on break, Then 2-4 hours later I train. After work. So, I think I should definitely keep that meal in there. Lately since I'm on a deficit I start to feel sick and extremely fatigued. Aside from peptopro what would another suggestion for a bcaa? Something I can probably get locally so I can start it immediately lol.
