I have really messed this up in the past and need some info from the more experienced competitors. What types of foods do you stick with before prejudging and between shows? How often do you try to eat and how do you gage how much water you need to limit yourself to with thet amount of carbs eaten? I guess I just need a few sucessful sinerios posted for reference. I usually end up getting pissed off from thirst and drink way too much water.
Here are my stats so far:
Around 8%BF
weight 238#
I'm shooting for 230 then dropping about 8-10# of water (usually)
Do you do any simple carbs the day of the show and what amounts?
I plan on carb depleating at 20g from Saturday or Sunday through Wednesday. Thursday I'll start with about 250-300g carbs and adjust over the next few days. Any suggestions on this or the day of teh show will be appreciated. Thanks... TRAPS
