Hey group! I was planning on going on a no carb or even a low carb diet of chicken and greens during the week with a cheat meal or 2 on weekend. Is this a smart move? Do I need the carbs at certain times and if so when? I am 240 and I really want to start getting rid of unwanted weight. In not all muscle by the way. This is fat I want to lose. I have a lot of muscle but 30 lbs or so would be amazing! Any links? Tips? Diet plans? Thank you!!
