I've been reading about different protein percentages and what not...and something caught my eye. PWO drinks. Are you taking a PWO immediately following your workout and then eating a whole food meal right after. And what would the difference be in the types of carbs you would want. I saw high Glycemic an low/medium glycemic carbs and insulin spikes. I'm very confused now. I thought spiking insulin levels after a workout wasnt bad and what exactly should I be doing...thanks
