I may sound very novice here but thats because I am when it comes to nutrition. My question is can a person take in to much protien in one setting. I know its important to spread meals thoughout the day, but is there such thing as to much at one time, and if there is what is to much.:confused:
 
I know this has been talked about a lot recently.

I usually stay between 40-60g at a sitting (aim for 50). 5-6 of those meals are whole food, 2-3 are shakes.

When bulking at least 2lbs per pound of bodyweight ED. 200lbs BB = 400g protein at least.
