I havent ever had a job before that gives little time to eat. Its fuckin up my whole bulking diet, and i dont want it to continue. I have access at work to a fridge, storeage space, and a microwave. PLEASE HELP! I need a detailed description on what and how to precook food that can be reheated quickly in the microwave, or that doesnt need to be reheated at all. Please include how to package too to keep fresh. Is there a way i could wrap n package my food after i cook it (grilled chicken, rice, steak) all in one day where it would last me like 5 days? I do NOT feel like just slammin protein shakes all day long, i already drink 3-4 per day.
