I havent ever had a job before that gives little time to eat. Its fuckin up my whole bulking diet, and i dont want it to continue. I have access at work to a fridge, storeage space, and a microwave. PLEASE HELP! I need a detailed description on what and how to precook food that can be reheated quickly in the microwave, or that doesnt need to be reheated at all. Please include how to package too to keep fresh. Is there a way i could wrap n package my food after i cook it (grilled chicken, rice, steak) all in one day where it would last me like 5 days? I do NOT feel like just slammin protein shakes all day long, i already drink 3-4 per day.

just pack your meals,im confused what are you finding difficult about it,are you finding freshness a problem,if thtas the case i eat rotten food all the time cause half my daily intake is heated up in the microwave,except steak i like my steak fresh of the grill
 
I work at 5am and dont really have time to get up and make meals every morning except breakfast. I was wondering how to make all my food once every 5 days so i have my food prepped for the week. I wanna know which foods this can be done with, what is the best way to cook it, and how exactly to package and store it so it stays fresh for the week. This way i can just unwrap it at work, pop it in the microwave for 2min, and its ready. Im startin to find myself going 5hrs at a time without eating because i dont have time or resources at work to make food.

why dont you cook your meals the day before? thats what i allways do. put it in tupperware and you're ready to go.
 
When I worked and went to school. I would cook all my weeks food on sunday and pack it all in tuppaware store it in the freezer.......It was very easy just to grab it and go. Takes a lot of work and planning, but it halps achive result's for a hecktic lifestyle.
 
preplanning

I cook all my meals for the week sunday night. I grill a shit load of chicken at once and divide them into 2 breast packages in zip locks. I cook a shit load of rics and throw a cup into each bag. You can reheat all that together. You can bring all your shakes with you. You can cook eggs in to microwave. If you have access to all that stuff it shouldn't be too hard.
 
Great advice guys. I was told at work today also to cook the meat kinda rare cause your gonna cook it again in the microwave later on. How do you cook eggs in a microwave?
