I love me some pnut butter, i buy the Smuckers all natural and eat a big jar a week. I add 2 tbl spoons to shake in the am as my fat source, and for a snack eat a couple tbls with some splenda sweetened jelly/jam. I read in Mens Fitness that it's considered a "superfood", any input on this, and should i back off some and add more EVOO as fat source?
