O/T ANYONE IN NY KNOW SOMONE THAT WORKS FOR MTV?

I bought my house last year for 60k lol, I gurantee its no dump. I just upgraded to granite and travertine tile throughout, along with new cabinets. Then again I did it all myself. I do drive a 4k chevy truck though, I'm a broke ass hahahaha

It would be in DFW. Just a fact here. You could buy a dump here and fix it up but the area would still be horrible to live in. Thats just here though.

FYI. Not tyring to be an ass, but I sell homes for a living in DFW for the last 10 years.

Haha. A good portion. Yes. But a good portion of everyone are in all industries. I can gurantee in DFW you better know where to buy or you want make any money when you sell it.Thats a fact.

What really matters in all business is if you are an expert. I can gurantee in my area I am. Good luck to you.

Didn't say that weren't a good resource, just that they take your money. Don't agree with 5-6% of my property. Should be just a set fee, like $2000. No Realtor is worth 5% of a million dollars. Luckily my new job pays the Realtor fees and buy's my house for market value if it can't sell.:headbang:

Not sure what you think realtors do. It cost alot more to market a home and turn a profit, then just 2k. Also the time we give up. I have had a total of 6 weekends off in 10 years. So, I think time is worth money. The reason for workiing weekend is thats when people buy homes.
I can understand that you see no value in them, but thats you. FYI. I am not exactly a realtor, but in real estate. Boo ya.
