O/T Anyone remember this Price is Right clip

Ive been trying to find it forever on youtube with no luck. I cant remember where I saw it. It was either in a movie or a show but it was hilarious. It was this little dude who gets soooooo amped up that he is picked and runs down and is just beyond excited,etc.... then bob says get ready for your unbelieveable prize,... and the guy is jumping up and down freaking out, then the curtian opens and its a set of board games LOL... the look on the guys face is priceless. He tries to hold his smile but its unreal. Funniest thing i've ever seen. Im hoping someone here can refresh my memory. Thanks guys.
