Do it, I've dated a couple of girls who worked at the gym over the years and my best friend met his wife there. She said she wouldn't date gym guys when we first met her, by the time we left the gym they had set up a date. So go for it. Be confident though shes probably used to half assed pussy footing around guys who don't want to jeapardize their comfort at their gym. Pretty lame.

AFAIK, 16 is the age of consent of most states in the US, right?

In the world, it ranges from 11 to 21 for age of consent. I live in CA and it is 18. Where I was born and raise was PA and that is 16. It used to be 14 when I was young. Romania has age of consent at 15, but they want ages to be close, like 20 and 15. 21 and 17 does not seem bad to me, but I don't get how a guy that is 30+ want a girl under 18. Time to be a man and get a woman.

This is a bad idea for one main reason. She can say whatever she wants to the owners of the gym if she doesn't like the way things go and you lose your membership. Maybe no big deal to some people but there aren't a lot of good options where I live so I want to keep the gyms I have.

I ran a few larger gyms for a long time - And let me tell you. The guys saying, "Yeah, go for it. You're daddy dick!" are the same type of dudes the employees are making fun of and thinking are creepy / stalkerish.

If you don't care how you're viewed, go for it. There's a much lower success rate of picking up gym employees, just because you and 1,000 other members are flirting with them on a consistent and daily basis. Gyms hire hot girls for a reason.

But if you start asking them out, you become the gym creep.
