I think they need to make those railings a bit higher. I wonder if there is a standard height for those or something that the law requires. Maybe its time that they raise it. The railing in the video looks to be the same as the one here in my city. After wathcing that again it looks like the guy was really tall, and that of course doesnt help matters. Such a terrible thing that happened.

I read that the code for the height on the railings at that ball park is 26" and that the railings in place were 33". I would think that the minimum should much higher than that...perhaps 42". My heart goes out to his son and wife...so tragic.

Yeah, that not even 3 feet tall. That guy looked like he was well over 6' tall. That railing was way under his waist.
