O/T - Best Burger Chain

Following on from Abolish the Weak's post about McDonalds fries, I am curious to know what everyone considers to be the best burger chain in the US.

We have McDonalds and Burger King here in the UK and I think Wendy's tried to enter the market but failed. Out of the two, Burger King definitely appears to be fresher and have better ingredients.

Last time I was in LA, some 10 years ago I went to an In-N-Out burger place and I remeber thinking that was pretty good.

And by the way I only really eat burgers every few months just curious about the US market.

Red Robin makes some of the best burgers I have ever consumed and also have a large list of turkey/healthier burgers. They aren't as greasy as most places either.

Next best for a good greasy burgy and fries is Five Guys...east coast thing I believe...

Oh yea, one more....Cheebuger Cheeburger is GREAT!

I just went to one a few weeks ago for the first time.

Does anyone remember Jackson Hole Wyoming Burgers in Manhattan about 10-15 years ago? There was like 2 pounds of grease in each burger. Perfect.

I have a Red Robin a couple of miles from my home...yummmm! Love their Bleu Ribbon burger...Here is Chicago there are a host of burger joints that rock, but their not burger "chains".

i agree Five Guys is good, but its hard to beat Cheeburger Cheeburger!

I agree 110% the red robin royal burger with the fried egg on top is amazing. And the bottomless fries.....how do you say no to that??? especially if its a cheat meal...otherwise the chicken breast on your plate looks pretty weak compared to your buddy's cheeseburger=-)

road runners in anchorage alaska has the best burger i have had in the states.
in punta cana my resort has a burger stand which has the worlds best burgers IMO and its probably fn horse meat lol

i know of a burger. the kind legends are made of. its called the double bruno burger. 2 8 oz angus beef burgers, layered with onion rings, bacon, american and cheddar cheese and slowly basted with a spicy honey bbq sauce. newjersey guys near atlantic city can get this burger. for others hahahahaha theyre mine! all mine!

I had read In and Out burger was the best in America . . .

Here in Nova Scotia we have a pub called Curley's Portables. They have the " Curley Burger ", a custome bun the size of a Frisbee with about 4 lbs of burger and the kitchen sink on it for toppings.

It's $16.00, free if you can eat it.

The burger voted best in Atlanta every year is served out of a trailer looking place in a slightly worn area of the city, the serves a "Ghetto Burger".
