so my pec tendon - where it ties into my humerus, is hard and stiff..
I can feel it pretty readily when I massage the area.... im not sure what that indicates.
range of motion is back to normal, still no swelling or bruising.. thinking about going in for a light back day to see how things feel.
considering scheduling an ortho appointment to get an ultrasound on both shoulders just to see how things are looking. im definitely going to be changing up my training in order to avoid this shit happening again in the future... tho it's a minor setback, any setback is lame
