O/T bicep and pec tendon pain

strengthening your external rotators some will help keep your shoulder from rolling forward and impinging on the biceps tendon.
 
pain is basically gone this morning thank God..



but there's still a bit of a strange feeling whenever I try to bring my elbow in toward my body.. I guess you could call it externally rotating my shoulder.



a couple things still feel a little inflamed, including my pec tendon where it inserts into my humerus.... suggestions?
 
so my pec tendon - where it ties into my humerus, is hard and stiff..

I can feel it pretty readily when I massage the area.... im not sure what that indicates.



range of motion is back to normal, still no swelling or bruising.. thinking about going in for a light back day to see how things feel.




considering scheduling an ortho appointment to get an ultrasound on both shoulders just to see how things are looking. im definitely going to be changing up my training in order to avoid this shit happening again in the future... tho it's a minor setback, any setback is lame
 
update:


went and trained back fairly heavy without incident. no issues afterward with inflammation or swelling either.


I suppose ill let this thread die down until I get a diagnosis from an ortho doc, and an ultrasound on my shoulders.
