Sup my PM brothers, as the competition season kicks in fast and thick i thought it would be fun to share the perfect 'meal' for post contest. What have you been craving, what are you planning on destroying. I haven't had a cheat meal this entire prep, rather we have used refeed days which suits me fine

But in my head i have already decided my Post contest meal so here goes

Large Seafood pizza with Burger crust (check the pic)
6 Krispy Kremes (brought with me from home)
Packet of sweets
A Mixed fruit Koppenburg
And wash it down with a cigarette! (i know random right), of course there will probably be little snacks in between, and some ice cream for after.....But check this pizza its badboy

Lol i have been doing the same! My aunty comes over from the US every year at this time, and shes brought me a shit load of reeces peanut buttercups :headbang:

I'll make sure i get pics for proof to! I know its gonna end up in a bad way lol

I've had pretty big scheduled cheats my prep, now 2.5 weeks out. But there are some things off limits and I've been craving for even more now. Since I'm in Vegas I'll hit a buffet up the night of the show and for breakfast. Then its a nice sized Italian Easter dinner the next day.

Lol pizza and cookies seem to be on everyones list! I have been occasionally picking up shit whilst in the supermarket, but don't wanna bring to much things with me, i've already told my girl that the night will be written off from me eating to much so not to expect anything spectacular haha

1. God knows how many mini-Snickers bars backstage while wiping tan and oil off.
2. Chicken and cheese quesedellia.
3. Two bread bowls of baked potato soup.
4. Cheese fries
5. Double bacon cheeseburger with more fries
6. 3 pints of Yuengling
7. Some kind of apple crisp dessert with 3 scoops of vanilla ice cream

Then I slept 6 hours and we went to ihop, where the destruction continued!

Yeah IHOP is where it's at for post contest meals. My last contest right after the night show I had 2 country fried steak meals with 5 blueberry pancakes and finished my girlfriends other buttermilk pancake. 2 glasses of whole milk and 1 glass of orange juice. Needless to say I could hardly get out of the booth :D

Check this out I'm sure most have seen this but I thought it was pretty funny how even his post contest meal was pretty "clean" per say

I will get some pics of my post contest meal, right now i feel like i could eat EVERYTHING in site. 2 years ago i spent the whole day eating really shitty food the day after my contest, i remember watching Thor in the cinema and needing the bog at least 3 times lol. This year spiderman 2 is out around my competition date....lets see how many i can do this year lol! I think i crave sugary stuff more than anything!

Sounds awesome. You live anywere near portsmouth bud? would be great to meet you if your down there.

I am taking the whole week off after from training and dieting as i start a new job the following week. I cant wait, it's like everything has come at once :) now i just need that god dayum trophy ;-)
 
I always look forward to a good cheat meals. Sometimes i would dream about it.
 
I have never had or wanted a big meal right after a show. I'm usually so thirsty that all I care about is getting hydrated, last show I must have asked for at least 20 refills at the restaurant post show. Plus cheat meals every Sunday help not get too food crazy
 
I binged after two shows and was sick as shit for the next 24hrs , my body was like "oh no you don't fat boy"

My last show I took the family to Chili's and ate a bacon ranch quesadilla and about a pitcher of sweet tea. Next morning Colorado omlet at IHop and 6 pancakes.

I don't see how some of y'all can eat all that and keep it down
 
My first show, back in 2009, I went ham. We went to Uno's pizza and I got a bacon cheeseburger and fries. For an appetizer, had a quesidilla. Ate the rest of my gf's fries. Then I proceeded to eat half of my parent's deep dish pizza. Had some sort of brownie sundae dessert. Got back to the hotel room and hadn't had a pb sandwich the entire 16 weeks. So I proceeded to eat an entire jar of skippy with an entire loaf of white bread. Slammed down a couple Reese's cups and hit the sack. Woke up at like 5am with my stomach in knots ad edema like a mofo. My eyes were even swollen around them lol.

I was following "The Cut Diet" by Scivation back then and I was natural. NEVER AGAIN.
