Guy with messed up face?

Find Clinton and Al Gore, then follow that row back and you will see a guy with a mutant looking face. Kinda strange, I only looked for a moment but it is odd to me that his face is the only one blurred like that.

Maybe the name "Nazi" evokes a racist charge. A rose is a rose by any other name, lol.
