haha yes what a great movie. For us old timers that movie came out around the same time if not a little after Platoon. Both were Oliver Stone Movies and a lot of the same guys were in it. The guy who was Sgt Oneil in Platoon (later in Office Space and Scrubs) was Charlie Sheen's cubicle mate in Wall Street.
Great movie with a great supporting cast.......Martin Sheen, Hal Holbrook

According to imdb and rotten tomatoes Charlie Sheen is in it. Who knows how big of a role though.

Awesome film. if Michael Douglas ever wins another Oscar, it will probably be for reprising the Gordon Gekko role. He isn't the most versatile actor, but this role is the epitome of what he does best, I think.

"Wall Street" is probably the most influential movie of my life. Saw it when I was 12 and decided that I was going into finance. Rest is history.

Funny interview I once read: Douglas says to this day finance guys come up to him and tell him Gecko is their hero, and Douglas tells the reporter, 'maybe that's what's wrong with Wall Street -- don't they realize I played the BAD GUY!?!?'
