Yeah I like to make it all in advance so I don't have to cook everyday I just load up my oven and cook it.

I do that quite often, actually... comes from being tired, and my wife always says you are not supposed to put warm meat in fridge also... one time I was making protein drinks with some skim milk and a brand of powder I never had before, towards the end of the day and two shakes later I was like damn that proteins rough, lol... that night I had big bowl of ice cream and chased it with a glass of milk, promptly spit it back up, shit was rotten the whole time, figure I drank close to 2 quarts rotten milk, didn't affect me at all... one thing I have is strong guts

The warm meat in the fridge is mainly having to do with older refrigerators in which the warm meat would cause the temperature within the fridge to rise for prolonged periods of time as well as increase the amount of moisture present, increasing the rate of spoilage of everything within the fridge.

With modern fridges this isn't a problem anymore. Google away if you must.

As far as the chicken goes: how many times have you been hungover as hell from a party and food was lying around...that you ate. Did you get sick? I think you'll be OK .
