My dad's dr. told him that new studies have found that large doses of vitamen E have been very dangerous. They have even been linked to heart problems. He said that even the amounts in multi vits are too much, especially since its fat soluble and you absorb it all. Apparently 25iu's is the most that should be taken per day. I take close to 1000iu daily. Anyone else hear about the recent studies about this?
