i see what your saying but i think this was filmed just before a major comp in 09.
i have trained next to daz in the gym and off season he is no lightweight.
6plates a side on hammer strength press.
250kg deads for reps.
off season he runs 300lb still tight. he has recently torn his bicep
I'll let him know that you don't approve of his training style. He's about 260 right now and I have him eating over 7k calories a day (I would have to check the numbers). He is over 260 and pretty lean right now, relatively speaking.
I wish I had the time that some of you do to run down videos on youtube to post on message boards.

He is 260 and lean so if he is still training that way, I think I might have to try it myself as it seems to work. I didn't work with him when that video was taken so I don't know the reasons behind it, to be quite honest. I just don't get how you guys pull out a video here and there and it turns into a group of meatheads standing around pointing and laughing.
