I'm about to build my website and need an EXCELLENT web designer to build my website

anybody could tell me about a REALLY GOOD society or a person who could do that ?

The guy I use for Flash and artwork is actually a member from Alinboard under the name Static. He is a really good guy and is an amazing artist.

Both are very good creative wise but the shaw-creative work is much better optimised. Actually, there's no optimisation on Static's work.
Static you should look into Search Engine Optimisation as that is the most important feature of a website - no optimisanion means no traffic which means no clients.

Just constructive criticism

Understandable but this isn't my day job. I wouldn't be able to keep up with it. Just something to add though, shaw-creative's design is a template you can buy off the net for $68. My sites are 100% created from scratch with my own ideas coupled with my clients. A few meta tags would take care of the search engine

Oh and I dont take offense to any constructive criticism

He's right BigA. He does initial design and artwork. Maintenance is what you are talking about which usually falls under a different contract. By maintenance, I mean meta tags, update employee contact information, or even a meta puish, etc. I'm sure he could do most of that, and actually I know he can because he's updated sites for me, but it all depends on if the company hires him to do that extra maintenance step. And yes, as he stated I have seen that template on the net before. (please take no offense littlemack)

Yes you are right guys. I take no offense. In fact, I don't think she does either. Being a day job, she needs to get stuff out quick and so she often comes up with sites based on templates. The clients are happy. They are charged less for the overall job. She did one for my business which was a little more involved. **broken link removed**. Not a template. You can see me and the whole family if you search around that site enough. ha.
Crystal's background is in "print" more than it is web. She's worked for printshops or newspapers since she was 15. In fact, she moved out to California on her own when she was 15 and went to work for a newspaper. Graduated at 15 from highschool so she didn't have to go to school out there. She had to lie about her age to get the job. Kind of funny. She really liked Static's artwork. Nothing but good things to say.

I like your site LM. I believe my partners are licensed in Texas as mortgage bankers (not just brokers) if you need some extra resources. Niche product, 203K's, and of course FNMA, VA and FHA.

Just to let you know, I was in no way knocking her for using a template. I do know that there is still a ton of knowledge to be known just to add to them. so I hope you and she didn't take it that way.
