Scandinavian Metal!!!!!!!!!!!

One of my work buddies just turned me on to this stuff and it's awesome for training to (if you like metal, of course). Fast drumming, brutal vocals, and sick guitar riffs/solos. Some bands to check out are:

Children of Bodom (Finland)
Wintersun (Finland)
Arch Enemy (not sure where the are from but their singer is HOT!) check 'er out:

after 20+ years Ive been thru heavymetal, 80's rock, grunge, rap. Lately Im into the techno / dance. I use "shoutcast.com" for the radio and "stationripper" to record everything. Then upload to the Ipod.....new music every week this way!

hey bro i have i tunes and i now see how to use shoutcast. When i open up i tunes my music goes straight to my itunes player . but how do you record the music with your itunes so i can put it on my i pod thanks
