What are your personal bests in the big 3? I know most of us here are bbers, including myself, but we all know that little ego comes with us to the gym every now and then :p

Personally I've never maxed out in squats or deads, my best bench has been 315lbs. That was 2 yrs ago weighing about 210-215lbs. Not too impressive compared to some here, but hey it's my best. Haven't tried again since, like to think I can get 325-330 now, but who knows...really dont care too much tbh. So anyway, let's here it!

In a powerlifting meet the best I've done was a little under 600lbs squat, 400lbs bench, and a little over 600lbs in a deadlift. Gym reps I can do more but that doesn't count lol.
 
Used to do

335 B
550 D
445 S

Now I do rackpulls with half the weight, dropped about 100 off bench and 150 off squats, and aim for 15 reps.

Lot less aches and still growing fine!!
 
I haven't done max in a long time but from this week I got
3 sets of bench 355 for 5
3 sets of squats 425 for 5
3 sets of deads 465 for 5

I had some reps in the tank but wanted to make sure to get all reps on every set. Next week I'll go up 5-10lbs next week and stay there unless I get all reps every set then I'll go up again.
 
I haven't hardly attempted a lift of less than 5 reps since I've been training but when I have my bests were:
Bench: 405
Squat: 405
Dead: 455
 
When I was 24 yrs old at 220lbs

Squat 847 with a suit and wraps
Deadlft 740
Bench 563 no shirt

I was unusually strong as a kid and got freaky strong once I started juicen
 
26 yrs/ 5ft 9/ 225 now: best lifts

345 bench for triple
465 squat
565 deadlift
 
25 yrs old 5'10" 212lbs 7%bf

Not a big dead lifter.. maybe 405 max but haven't in years
Bench-405
Squat-600 with knee wraps and belt

DAMN strong. Single ply or multi?

I have elite PL totals raw and equipped in 2 weight classes, but best raw numbers are-

Sq 605 belt and wraps
B 445 paused
Dead 635 belt

All these were done in the last month, 5-9 215lbs
 
Just the old single ply those lifts were back in early 1980s
 
bench 350x8
squat 405x8
dead 405x8
closest to a max at my strongest...
5'3 170lbs
 
At that time Ed Coan had just moved into the 220s I wanted to go to the nationals soo bad but he squatted 964 DL over 900 and benched 555
I kinda look at things differently than most I only went to a meet if I knew I would win so of course I did not go.

This was all weighing 220 and about 12 years ago.
 
20 months ago I did 400 on squat and 21+months ago I did 285 on bench but haven't maxed in forever. For dead I did 405 2.5 years ago.

Sadly since then I tore my shoulder soooo....yea :,(

6', 220lbs, 12% bf. 6'4" wing-span makes benching not so fun.
