OAB and AAS question

I know I can't be the only one on here with the same issue, or past issue. Over the last year I have had bad bouts with over active bladder (OAB). Over the past 3-4 months I have come off all meds. Haven't taken anything for it. (thank God) I have been fine and zero issues with my bladder. Changed my life style and taking some OTC supps and life is good again. I pretty much despised my Urologist. Never gave me a word of encouragement nor told me what life style changes to make. Simply gave me more d@mn drugs. I had to internet everything. Good thing I did. I found lots of information on there my doc just didn't want to or didn't have time to tell me. Every time I asked him a question it's as if rocks were shaking in his head.

For those of you that have or still do suffer from OAB, has AAS effected you in any way? I want to jump on something very small and low dosages just to jump start my gym sessions again. But don't want to start a cycle if it's going to make me go backwards in my progress.

For those of you that have never experienced OAB, trust me. I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. It's awful. But thank God I am much better now.

havent seen you in a while,.... i am not sure if i have OAB but i sure as hell pee a lot, what did you find out about it ? its worse when im on tren thats for sure...

You might look into trying Quercetin, it's been suggested to help OAB due to prostatitis. I'm guessing that your urologist determined that you don't have a UTI? Or let you know that OAB can lead to UTI?

Thank you sir, I know I have been MIA for a while. Peeing a lot id part of the game when we drink tons of liquids to stay hydrated. OAB has an awful pain associated with it. Best way to describe it is, you have to pee very very very badly and cant cause you're in church. And its killing you to get to a bathroom. Then when you finally get to a bathroom a few drops come out. Of the 100% pain, you relieve yourself of 5-10% of the pain. And it gets worst when you sleep. Always feels like your bladder is full. And you sleep in spurts because you're constantly going to the bathroom to get some relief. If you are not having these issues then consider yourself very fortunate. But like I said I am much better these days.

Stewie, how you been brother? UTI? its funny because every single test always comes back negative. Right now I am on some Saw Palmetto, Cranberry extract, and some pumpkin seed oil every day. So far its working thank god.

Will look into the veggie caps, thank you brother.
