Bro I'm about 10-12 now from only 25 grams a day....super sensitive man...

I'm going to take a guess here.. but I'd say there's another underlying issue as to why you're not dropping weight, and it's not because you're at 25g of carbs a do. Do you really think in order to to 6-8% you have to be completely carb free? That's seem like an incredibly far stretch.

Bump!! I'm extremely carb sensitive. When I'm eating clean I drop below 30g a day of carbs with a carb-up day and I have no problems dropping bodyfat down below 12% without any cardio.

When I'm actually dieting strict and doing cardio 3-4 times a week I can raise my daily carbs as high as 100g a day and still get very lean. In fact, that's what I did for this picture - 100g a day on non-workout days and 160g a day on workout days. And I'm old. So it's harder to drop fat.
