I started this at the beginning of the weak for calves, and I've been doing it every workout, then I add regular heavier calf work with legs and follow it with the occlusion training.
Obviously I have only had a few sessions so far since it's just been a few days since I started.
The only results I can see so far is a vein has come out in my calf for the first time in my life. And oh man that shit is so painful.
I am having trouble with how much weight to use though, it seems like no matter how light I go after the first set of 20 reps I can only just manage 10, and then after that I fail at around 5. I guess Im not used to this type of endurance work.
