OCD aromasin with fat consumption

Do any of you guys get OCD about your aromasin consumption where you have trouble making sure it is consumed around/with fats present. Apparently aromasin needs to be taken with fat if you want it to work best.

I take mine in the morning after my shake and tbsp of coconut oil.its become my tradition so I know I consumed some fat .

Sometimes I just wonder if 5g of quality fish oil(caps) will do the job when you take aromasin with it or a few minutes after.
Even Coconut Oil I have reservations about because the mct's could turn into energy. In either case, I am thinking it could be inadequate. I remember years ago, a very smart gentleman on another board was saying to make sure and take it with a meal containing at least 10g fat.

That's what I do as well, I take my aromasin with 7grams fish oils.

Works for me.

Yep i pretty much take it every morning with a good dose of fish oils and coconut oil mixed in my oatmeal then off to the gym

I take 25mg twice a week. I take it before bed, don't care about fats.

Estradiol was 14.9 on 800mg test.

Wow. Only twice a week.
Everyday 25mg before bed while blasting 750mg test. Zero estro issues or sides and my last meal of the day is usually just protein.

Interesting, I've never taken it with fats and I also take it EOD. I know everyone says for stable levels take it ED but I've never felt a difference.


On 300mg/test a week and dbol on workout days, I was taking 12mg of exemestane ED. I got bloodwork on this and my estro was at 15, I lowered the dose to 12mg EOD and my estro was in the high 30s which had me feeling better overall. Just my body not saying it's for everyone.
