Odd question about being on and the timing of strength in various muscles

So, the last time 'a friend' used anavar he noticed that he usually gained strength in his triceps first, then the rest of his muscles start to get stronger. But its always the triceps first. He will be doing close grip bench press and he will keep throwing on plates and plates.

Then later he was talking to a friend who was using the same anavar as him and he mentioned his triceps were getting stronger....

Both of them have good training programs, diets, cycles etc.

Do some people react this way to certain steroids? Does anyone else get this too? Or am I a dumbass? haha, but I was just curious whether the vets on the board can shed some light on this subject...
