So if anyone remembers I am the 50 year old who is trying to get smaller not bigger.
I have been big all my life and just wanted to be leaner for cardiac health reasons.
Well I have dropped 9 lbs using GW, HCG and a just DIMM a test booster I use.
I am also doing 5 days of intermittent fasting as well 16-8.
I have dropped 9 lbs was 5'10 225 now I am 216. My wife said I looked bigger and she was right.
Seems like I am keeping muscle and losing fat but growing to. Did some measurements.
I think my arms have grown 1/4 inch they went from 18.5" to almost 19".
My quads are the same at 27". My calfs grew as well from 18" to 18.5.
My chest also went back up from 49" to 50"
I might be holding water today since it is a none fast eating day but this is weird to me dropping 9 lbs and still maintaining or gaining size.
I am going to do a body scan at Gold's see where I am at this week BF% wise.
