Off-Season Bulking Diet

hey fellas, just thought id post my OFF-SEASON BULKING nutrition plan just for shits and giggles....this really helped me GROW last off-season from 220lbs to 245lbs...my GOAL is 270lbs for next off-season!!!

6:30am- 6 whole eggs + 1 cup oatmeal with 2 TB Natural PB + 1 banana

9:30am- 50g Whey + 1 cup oatmeal + 1/2 cup almonds + 1 bagel

12:30pm:- 8oz Chicken or steak , 1 cup rice or wheat pasta, 1/2cup almonds

3:30pm: 50g Whey + 1cup oatmeal with 1 TB PB + 4 rice cakes

5:30pm to 6:30pm TRAIN

6:30pm- PWO Shake with 50g Whey + 100g dextrose

7:30pm- 2 cans tuna + 1 cup rice

9:00pm- 6 whole eggs with 2 slices of 2% ppjack chese
4 waffles with syrup
1 cup honey nut cheerios

11:00pm- Before bed Shake
50g whey
8 oz milk
4 tbspoons Natural PB

I made it up to 245lbs last off-season (im 6 foot 3) and want to get to 270lbs next off-season

any thoughts or advice???? what do you think??? thanks again for your time!
 
i wont make any comments on your energy intake9carbs and fats), because i have no idea what your metabolism is like...you could need more, you could need less, you could have it spot on... that is dependant upon what works best for you. not anyone else.

BUT, i can help you with your protein intake..

first off, i wouldnt limit yourself to a certain amount of protein at each meal. eat as much proteiin as you can. second, i wouldnt use whey protien thourghout the day, i would use casien, or even better, a whey/egg/casien blend. you want a long trickle of aminos, not a short avalanche.

HOW DO YOU KNOW THAT YOU NEED TO EAT AT THOSE TIMES? YOU WILL JUST ADD FAT OFF SEASON, THATS ALL. IF I TOLD YOU TO GO TO THE BATHROOM AT ONLY 9AM, 11AM, 1PM, 4PM, AND 9PM WOULD YOU THINK I AM CRAZY? SEE WHAT I MEAN?

To much whey protein, whey protein is not the best to prevent muscle brakedown.

Phil, first off thanks for the reply....and i love reading your thoughts bro....I just listed the times as an example....MOST OF THE TIME, im starving after a couple hrs....I have a fast-charged metabolism and work a highly physical 60 plus hr per week job...I have to eat a lot just to keep from losing weight
 
To much whey protein, whey protein is not the best to prevent muscle brakedown.

what do you recommend bro???? a whey / casein blend???? or just more whole food???
 
how about both, casein in your whey shakes and more whole food
 
I would go more whole food

Cool...thanks bud...ill just add in more chicken and steak and tilapia and some extra lean hamburger meat
