Id like to get a few opinions on my offseason eating. I was going really high carb but i feel lately like my insulin sensitivity has gone down as it ussualy does after extended periods of high carb. 600 grams or so
so ive switched to high fat, high proetin moderate carb today
meal 1
5 whole eggs
cup egg white
1 cup jasminr rice
meal 2
8 oz chicken cooked
1 cup rice
2 tablespoons mac oil
meal 3
8oz chicken
i cup jasmine rice
2 tbls evoo
meal 4 pre
8 oz beef
cup oats
2 tbs peanut butter
pwo
1 scoop karbolyn
2 scoops whey iso
meal 5
8oz top sirloin
cup rice
2tbs evoo
meal 6
cup egg whites
scoop whey iso
1 cup jasmine rice
1 tbs evoo
1/2 avacado
i put all this into myfitnesspals calorie tracker and it came out
355cho/172fat/431 protein
4794 kcals
