Id like to get a few opinions on my offseason eating. I was going really high carb but i feel lately like my insulin sensitivity has gone down as it ussualy does after extended periods of high carb. 600 grams or so

so ive switched to high fat, high proetin moderate carb today

meal 1
5 whole eggs
cup egg white
1 cup jasminr rice

meal 2
8 oz chicken cooked
1 cup rice
2 tablespoons mac oil

meal 3
8oz chicken
i cup jasmine rice
2 tbls evoo

meal 4 pre
8 oz beef
cup oats
2 tbs peanut butter

pwo
1 scoop karbolyn
2 scoops whey iso

meal 5
8oz top sirloin
cup rice
2tbs evoo

meal 6
cup egg whites
scoop whey iso
1 cup jasmine rice
1 tbs evoo
1/2 avacado

i put all this into myfitnesspals calorie tracker and it came out

355cho/172fat/431 protein
4794 kcals

any opinions on this would be greatly appreciated
 
I notice the same thing. When I go high carb, I respond really well for a few weeks and grow/stay really full. Then my insulin sensitivity tanks.

The best way for me has been to still eat high carb, but to cycle them within the day. I.e. I eat 4 large meals and the first two may be low to no carb. Then I eat maybe 50g pre workout, 50-100g during a workout, and 100-300g (or as many as I can eat when trying to grow) post workout. I workout at night so my post workout meal is my last.

This works very well for eating high carb and keeping insulin sensitivity up.

That diet is a work of art!!! You're dead on!!! That's how you grow while staying lean. Pay attention people. I get asked all day long, "WHY AM I NOT GROWING ON ALL THIS GEAR?" Simple, YOU HAVE TO EAT ATLEAST 5,000 CALORIES!!!! Keep it clean for health and low body fat.

Right now it's 90 lean ground beef! And on the eggs And protein they are separate
