Off season fluff and a little update on me...

So I finally got my breast done after years of dreaming about it pic was taken last Saturday 2 weeks after surgery. I can start lifting again on the July 28th. I can't wait I haven't taken this long off from lifting in well over 6 years but for sure this was worth it.

Haha thanks I didn't exactly go small but I am not a small girl either offseason I am around 155 at just shy of 5'6. I got 600CC moderate plus cohesive gell over the muscle which put my at 36 DD up from a small 34 B.

Thank you Phidias I am very happy thing turn out just as I wanted.

The only thing I would be watchful of, since everything looks
fine right now, it what the you look like if you decide to loose
weight. That is something most women forget to factor
into the equation. Just my two cents worth.

Yes I know things may look a fair bit diffrent when I am leaner and contest ready so just have to see but I am always postive so hopefully be equally as happy then.

No contests this year I was suppose to do my proviencal in June but my shoulder problems compound so much and I was forced to drop the prep. I been having this shoulder problem since my last two contests so I really should have looked at rehabing it sooner but I am pretty stuborn. I was pretty bummed for a while then I got the boobs and life was grand LOL
I plan on tightening up my diet and dropping at least 10 lbs once I can hit the weights again I want to stay no more then 20lbs over contest weight which to make middles is 124 here. I am still qualified for provinciials for next year so probably wont do any contest before then there is a small chance I might do a local show to warm up for provincal which falls a month before the provincals but really not 100% on that.

Lsurgeon did a good job. very wise getting the implants over the muscle. Yes when you diet down you will be able to see the outline of the implants but hey it is only when your BF is very low. The size suits you well and you look healthy. Also over the muscle will allow you to resume heavier training sooner than those that go under the pecs. Good choice, good job, and looks good!

My wife had hers done and she loves them. You can see them when in contest shape but really you aren't in contest shape all that long so who cares lol. I wouldn't do any chest training again though if I were you. She had hers done 2 years ago and has done a single chest exercise in that time. EVERY female bodybuilder that we know that has done chest since having implants regrets training chest as their implants have moved from training chest directly. Your implants will pretty much hide pec developement any way so no point really in training pecs any way.
