I'm looking into a similar plan for my next offseason. I'm thinking if you put the foot to the food pedal you can get that 10+lbs of stage weight for sure.

I'm a tall guy like you so I definitely need to fill out.

Its a blend of good stuff that you get from Ture Nutrition , basicly everthing you would want in a intra workout shake , found here

1000 mgs of vitamin C,

As i creep up the dose and food i'll likely split the insulin dose once it gets to 15iu , i'll take 8-10 iu in the am with peps and HGH then again around the workout and bump the HGH to 3iu per shot on top of the peps.

I want to try to incorperate some IGF1-lr# into this mix but need to do a bit more studying to see where thats gonna fit in

on the days that you don't use any slin or GH, usually off days.

not trying to be a smart ass, but saw amazing results with that
 
This is more of a rough outline because 3-4 days a week im gonna be drinking 8oz raw goat milk and the fruits and veggies will vary , adding in asparagus and bell peppers , avacados and so on

now I've had the experience of eating goat cheese... unique to say the least especially if ones norm is cow dairy products... so imagine the milk will have same or more bite to it?

Yes sir 100% raw goat milk from goats that are fed strickly clean pastue , in the winter when the fields cant keep up with grazing they are fed alpha and kelp pellets as supplement.

The raw milk carries enzimes that allow the body to break down the lactose in the milk as well as other helpful digestive enzimes.
I mix the milk with some LBAs and its like a small complete meal with healthy fats.

It does taste different but I kinda like it , I use goat milk because its easley accessible for me where cow milk is not , not as clean of cow milk anyway
