are you already able to extend your arm fully against resistance?
I’m not the OP, but after completely rupturing both tris (one 7/22 and the other 12/23) there is no way in hell I’d be pushing it 100% at 8wks post op. I was still in a moveable/adjustable brace at 5wks. I stayed on GH the entire time to speed recovery.

well, i am 7 weeks and 5 days out from my tri tendon surgery. i wore my adjustable brace for 6 1/2 weeks. (ROM increased week by week by 10-20° flexion). i can extend against resistance but the last 10-15° are missing. (not even against gravity xD)
im still using anavar, trt++ and high dosages hgh,bpc and tb500.
All in all i am satisfied for the time and physio therapists are also satisfied
 
What’s going on everybody? I have been a little MIA on here lately. I’m sure a lot of you can relate, family work, Gym. But just a little update. Off-season still going pretty well, still getting the tricep back to normal but making great games on top of that and getting my strength back. Way, still about the same but the quality of the weight I’m sitting at is improving drastically which in the long run I will take that over putting on unnecessary weight any day. Floating around 265 pounds and 267 pounds. Able to finally move some good ass weight. Although when it comes to working triceps, I’m still being a little precaution , and want to give it another three or four weeks before really pushing it on the elbow. Hope everybody had a kick ass Thanksgiving and put those calories to use.

Why such a weird question? Obviously I pulled up my classic style trunks and the trunks have a built in pocket for your junk.
Pocket is so you don’t smash your shit between your legs and your boys can breathe.

Shit sucks. What do you consider the main factor was that led to the tears? Certain exercise? Too heavy? Too much stretch? Winstrol?

I personally will say Winstrol always made my conditioning a level above, but after about 5-6 weeks of running it around 50mg during prep, my joints would get slightly achy.
I have ran at lower doses around 30mg and the achy feeling wasn’t really a factor. And in the last, I have ran it for only last 4 weeks before show.
Now that I’m 40, prep this year will be all injectables and GH. Only oral will be my prescribed Arimidex and a little T3/Clen combo.

Always start off the week with a leg day session.

Started with walking lunges, then lying leg curl, Leg press, leg extension, and finally sissy squats.
Every movement was 1 warm up set, 2 working, and 1 top failure set. Sissy squats was the only movement where I just did 4 straight sets of 15.

Finally pushing weight up to 268lbs while staying lean. Feeling good enough now to start pushing harder over the next 10 weeks then possibly pick a show to do.
All gear ran is of course @SunrisePharma

Besides my Arimidex and script based test Cyp, which is only 200mg per 8 days.

i am not OP or @Test-o-lean , but for me it was ignoring my elbow bursitis and training with pain.
i did not know this prior to my triceps tendon tear but elbow bursisits makes your tendon weaker buy reducing blood flow in the area and due to the inflammation.
when they did the surgery they also removed my bursitits because it was still inflamed like hell

It definitely helped a lot! Here in few weeks I am going to get a PRP injection in my left shoulder that has been an ongoing issue I swear since high school,lol. PRP with the BPC/TB would be a killer combo for this small labrum tear.
But man thanks a ton for the help!

Show line up is looking more like early fall and on. I need another 10 weeks to pack on some more mass before the cut starts.
 
Do you use insulin?
No. I have in the past, like many years ago around 2012-2015. It did help, but I noticed it messed up my GI micro biome. And with me having IBS pretty much my entire adult life, I had to limit it. Today I have tried different protocols, smaller dosing, but after a week, my gut feels wrecked and I can’t take it. I will say, least gut issue was with humulin R. Would get from Walmart
 
Ah I remember talking to you on Instagram a couple years back and how we both knew Andy and training at the Body Shop. Looking nice and full man
