Off Season me:

before I only wanted to post good pics of me, now I say what the hell who cares, I think we all enjoyed the xmas/new years food with our familys! You can consider these "befores" I was 211 here @ 5'9. I'm currently working under contract with a company and I have to be <4% bodyfat in 18 weeks so I'll have some better pics to follow. My waist is still some what small here 29.5" with my belly so I should be good after a cut. But these are my befores, I have been on no supplements for quite some time, focusing mainly on Maui Thai, BJJ, running, and swimming as training instead of weight lifting. So getting back into the bbing life style I expect some solid gains. We'll see what happens?

got the flyer today from BB.com .. Nice job.. You could have bagged the 50 k prize had u taken better pictures and tanned a bit like the other guy did..
