ok here we go again
for the pictures I was 225 lbs and trained at Heinz gym the whole time I was in Miami and when I went back home just did some short duration sessions to rest a bit (2xweek)
now I feel I rested enough, started to eat again and now I'm at 250 lbs with about 8% maximum
off season diet starts tommorow, want to hit the 280-300 lbs this year
bulking has no limit in time and may last the whole year
I'll start at about 4600 cals with 40% proteins/45% carbs/15%fat
