update..
ok guys heres a bit more of a detailed update..
im coming towards the end of week 5 of my blast...
when i started this blast i was an am weight of around 207-210lbsam. im now around 230lbs am.. i did go up to 236 after 3 weeks, but the water has dropped of a bit.. this is going to be a 12 week blast, initially it was only 8..
when i first started the blast, the weight was pouring on me, gaining around 8-10lbs a week.. i felt bloated and appetite wasnt so great, now my body is really working well with me, my hunger levels are good, my training sessions are insane..
in regards to training, i started of with DC training, nice and intense loads of rest, for about 3 weeks, due to my weight gain me and the coach decided i could be in the gym more, utizilizing the food better.. so now im training 5 days a week.. which for me i actually love.. i train every set to failure, hard and heavy, and with some intensity techniques...
ive really focussed on the ROM and TUT for my training, and i feel its helped a lot.. my strength has gone through the roof!.. even with training so regulary, i never feel beat, i do a mixture of mountain dogs training and principles, but always trying to beat the log book.. for me ive learnt its more about INTENSITY.. ill see how well i grow to back up this...
my lifts have gone up by 50-60lbs, which is good.. my arms have come up from 16.25-17.5.. so im growing nicely..
from what ive learnt, as long as you have your key supps and keep cardio in, your golden.. these 2 things will allow you to EAT AS MUCH CLEAN FOOD AS POSSIBLE.. people preach that food is the most anabolic thing, well theyre damn right,.. you need to eat , eat and eat... my plans are to take a whole year out, constantly blasting and cruising, eating my way up, i dont have a weight goal in mind, but i feel for my height of 5ft10, a good 260-280lbs is where i need to be... ive never been above 235, so im already there and im about 10percent leaner this time round..
