Well off to the North Americans. I'm a little flat now but started carbing up today so that will change. I will most certainly be at my all time best and that's really all I could hope for. Trop has done a great job with this diet and I appreciate all he has done. Thanks for your guys support as well. It's been great and really helps. My wife ofcourse is the #1 supporter of me and she has pushed me the whole time with the dieting and training. I hope she does fantastic this weekend. I'll try to get pics up but will definately post some when I get back. Cya folks.

Yo D good luck dont fuck it up and if you feel flat and stressed out like your going to come in all shitty just remember its all in your head or maybe your really going to fuck it all up who knows , stay with your plan and hope to God it works if it doesnt work well then your screwed anyways so dont worry so much about placing high just do you best amd if you dont do your best well then you have lost and thats ok ,, well sorta ,,, actually not really cause losing sucks .

Thanks everyone. Suprisingly I'm where I should be after the nightmare we had yesterday. I had a lot of sodium, carbs and water so I'm filling out but haven't really dried out yet. That starts today though. So what happened? Well we get to our Hotel (across the street from the host hotel) and sure enough they are OVERBOOKED! No room for us. So they want to put us in a Holiday Inn express 15mins away. No kitchen though which is why we wanted to stay where we booked. SO they find us another Marriott Express 20mins a way and offer us free limo service to and from the venue as much as needed and our paying for our entire stay. GREAT. So we get to the new place and they had some freak plumbing issue in the room for us so they have to pay for us to stay at ANOTHER Hotel for one night. So we are at a Homestead suite waiting for our room at the Marriott. Took forever to get settled. Marriotts SUCK! All should be well from here on out as long as they don't mess up our transportation. What a pain.

Yeah we are in the 2nd hotel now. Sucky thing is we have to leave so much earlier for everything cuz it's like 20mins away. Wife has a shoot at 4 so we leave at 3 and probably won't have time to come back and then go back again for weigh ins so we'll be stuck at the venue till weighins are done at 9. I hate packing food like that but gotta do what ya gotta do.
