Since you're already there on business Google nightlife and try that. You're going to have to start conversations with people and if you're not in a committed relationship then you'll have to start conversations with women if you want to even have a chance of taking them back to your hotel. I live in a small town and sometimes I like to go out to the city and get a hotel for two nights cuz I like to sleep in the next day but sometimes with the price of everything increasing and stuff like that sometimes kind of feel like being lazy and just staying at home, as locally there's not much nightlife going on, and everyone is quite familiar with being a town of less than 20,000 people. It's always good to have someone you know for quite a while there so you can talk to them so you get rejected or something like that or you can go online and meet up socially with people although a lot of them flake and you don't really know him that much but when it comes down to it if you need to go out alone it's fine just try to socialize best you can, unless maybe you're going to a dance club and want to dance the night away just for cardio or something like that but that's not going to really get you laid in crude honest terms.
